High Maintenance is a good example of this popular but hard to find racer cruiser.  The boat is always consistently fast on the race course but always ready to cruise in style at the end of the day.  Her Kevlar hull and fin bulb keel make her a joy to sail in any conditions.  She has always been professionally maintained and is in very clean condition and is ready to sail.

There is an opening panel between this cabin and the main cabin for added light and ventilation.  There is an oversized hatch in the center of the cabin. The main cabin is very well lit and ventilated.  It has a U shaped dinette with a fold up centerline table that seats 8. There are filler cushions to convert this to a double bunk.  There are multiple storage lockers in this area.  Aft of the main cabin is a reverse facing nav staion with chart table large enough to hold an open Chartkit.  Behind the nav station is the very large head with separate shower.  Opposite is the L shaped galley.  The engine compartment is accessible from 3 sides.  The aft cabin has a centerline queen sized bed and several storage lockers and drawers.
