The interior is 85% complete.  It has always been dry and has never experience mold or rot. However, the cabinetry was in need of attention from wear and tear.  The owner first took up the sole and replaced the integral keel tanks with custom FRP.  The sole now needs attention, as does most of the interior. It may not look like this in the photos, but most of the big bits are in place and what is left is the finishing touches.  The overhead is also a work in progress, but is 95% complete.

Using local talent here in the Wilmington area the interior can be completed for $7-$10k.  Call the listing broker, Bob Langhorst, for estimates.

Once you got the woodwork squared away, you can enjoy the new cushions (new foam too) that come with the boat.  There is no stove, but a double tank propane system with solenoid is installed.
