Catalina 320 Sloop - Price Just Reduced

The Catalina 320 was an instant success with more than 1,200 hulls built. She is a stable, steady sailboat with 2 staterooms and a convertible dinette. This example is hull no. 597, and the current owner has had her for nearly 13 years. She has been in service with one of the Bay Area's premier charter outfits during this time, and can remain in charter as an income producer or become your personal floating retreat. Last hauled 7/2013 with fresh bottom paint, a diver cleans the bottom every 2 months. Priced to sell, make an appointment to see her!

Construction of the hull of the 320 is a solid fiberglass laminate. Balsa wood and plywood core materials are used in the deck and cabin structures. The interior is made up of molded fiberglass liners which in most cases serve a dual role as reinforcement for berths, lockers and joinerwork.

At the bow is a large chain locker, with a 33# Bruce anchor on a chain & rope rode. The Maxwell 500 electric windlass pulls the rode up. A Danforth-type 20# stern anchor with rode is in the lazarette.

Moving aft down the wide side decks to the cockpit, there is an open transom to the swim platform with h&c shower. Pushpit seats in each corner give one of the best vantage points. Canvas covers the pedestal. A Magma propane kettle grill can perch on the aft rail.
