Clarke & Carter Kent has this 1986 Moody 31 MK II  for sale on brokerage.  This Moody 31 MkII is a very good example of these sought after cruising yachts from Moody, with a sugar scoop stern, ideal for coastal sailing. This Moody 31MK II has been well maintained and has a good inventory. This yacht has just been antifouled, hull polished, anodes changed and engine serviced ready for the start of the season (March 2015). An early viewing is highly recommended.

This Moody 31 MK II offers six berths in three cabins with two double berths and approx. 6' 1" maximum headroom.  A V berth forward with infill which converts to double and good storage. 

Two settee berths in saloon with drop leaf saloon table. Galley is aft to starboard consisting of a two burner gas cooker with grill and oven new (2012), stainless steel sink, fridge new (2012) and storage. Forward facing chart table. Separate heads compartment aft to port with a Jabsco marine toilet and wash basin. Double aft cabin to starboard with storage. Fully upholstered in blue velour and some curtains. Saloon floor has a mixture of  teak and holly  with some carpet. Heated throughout by a Webasto Airtop 2000 ST diesel cabin heating system (new 2013).
