Little Harbor 38
Lovingly cared for with many upgrades like an engine in 2009, Awlgrip paint job, and stripped bottom. PURITAN is currently stored in a heated storage facility for your viewing comfort. Please be sure to check out the video link on YachtWorld PURITAN’s cabin is an excellent example of how Little Harbor’s build quality will last for generations. Unlike boats within her age and size range, you can stand tall throughout the cabin thanks to the 6’5” headroom. With the exception of the pilot's berth, all berths will comfortably accommodate a crew of large men. The generous volume is accompanied by an abundance of natural light and fresh air. Four oversized windows, three opening window ports, and two overhead hatches help make the cabin feellight and airy. The galley and nav station are next to the companionway, so it's easy to communicate and pass food and drinks to the helmsmen. Starting forward, the MASTER has a large V-berth with many places to store your personal gear. In total, there are six drawers, twelve cabinets, and a hanging locker. The master has ample lighting from an overhead hatch and two opening window ports; additional lighting is supplied from the three lamps. There is also private access to the head, so you won’t disturb your guests at night. Next aft is the HEAD, which is accessed through either the saloon or master cabin. It's equipped with a trustworthy manual marine head, shower with an electric sump pump, and deep storage in two cabinets outboard and underneath the sink vanity. The head also has hot/cold water pressure, marble sink-vanity, an opening hatch, and a window port. Aft of the master and head is the SALOON. A centerline drop-leaf table is flanked with two strait settees outboard. Each settee is also a Pullman berth with ample storage behind the backrest. Outboard the port settee is a pilot's berth with additional storage at the foot and outboard to starboard is ample dry storage. The GALLEY has a U-shaped counter to port with all the conveniences desired for a cruising couple. Those conveniences include a twin-dish stainless steel sink, hot/cold water pressure, 12v refrigeration, gimbaled propane stove/oven, and excellent storage space. The forward-facing Nav Station is athwartships the galley. The seat for the nav station also is ahead of the quarterberth.
