Sabai is a fine example of the well respected Brewer 12.8 designed by Ted Brewer and built to high standards by Fort Myers Yacht and Ship Building in 1984.  If you are looking at Whitby 42's, consider the 12.8 which features improved performance with the "Brewer bite" keel and superior build quality along with in this case, a cutter rig and centerboard draft of 4' 6".  She is designed for comfort at dock or offshore with blue water ocean capability.
