(LOCATION: New Orleans LA) The Sterling 45 Grand Cayman Motor Yacht is a spacious double-cabin motor yacht designed for comfortable cruising. She comes with flybridge, aft deck, cockpit, walk-around main deck, a roomy salon, and two staterooms.

The spacious flybridge has radar arch, forward helm station with captain’s chair, and a parameter guest lounge with new cushions. There is ample room for relaxing, sunbathing, or entertaining. The main deck features a stainless steel railing, a transom gate leading to the open cockpit with swim platform, and access to the salon. The covered aft deck has room for casual seating or dining and features a handy wet bar with refrigerator. The wide side deck provide easy movement forward to the foredeck that features bow pulpit with anchor & windlass.

Below we find a carpeted salon with large windows and comfortable furnishings. There are two barrel chairs, L-shaped settee, and corner entertainment center. The galley is down and is equipped with spacious cabinets, solid surface counter top, stainless steel sink, two-burner electric cook top, microwave oven, and stand-up refrigerator with freezer. Across from the galley is a large booth-style dinette.

There are two staterooms. The master aft stateroom has island queen berth, ample storage, and built-in TV. The en suite head compartment has vanity, toilet, and shower. The guest stateroom is forward with offset double berth and ample storage. The guest head forward has been converted to hold a washer/drier but could easily be converted back to an ensuit head compartment.. The accommodations are roomy, comfortable, and private. Two AC units maintain interior comfort and the laundry with washer and dryer will extend the wardrobe on any length cruise.

This Sterling is equipped with twin 330-hp Cummins FWC diesel engines (325 hours) that will provide long-lasting, dependable, and economical power.
