Hinckley Sou'wester 42 Competition Sloop

"TOVA" was commissioned in 1987 at the Hinckley Company Yard in Southwest Harbor, Maine.  After several months of sailing in New England waters she was brought to the west coast.  She is a deep-keel performance sloop that features a custom SW-42 competition triple-spreader tall rig.

The current owner did a major refit in 2011 and brought her to the Northwest.

Interior access is from the cockpit down a companionway ladder.  The full width MAIN SALON features beautiful mahogany interior with a varnished teak and holly sole. The U-shaped seating and dinette drop-leaf table are to port with storage in the center of the dining table.  To starboard is a settee/berth with louvered door locker storage and a bookshelf above.  The GALLEY to port, QUARTER BERTH aft starboard, and the NAV STATION starboard.  Forward and to port is the HEAD.  Continuing forward is the OWNER"S STATEROOM with a spacious V-berth, drawer storage below the berth and in lockers above the berth.  The opening hatch offers light and ventilation.  The private entrance to the HEAD is aft to port.
