Cheoy Lee Pedrick 38 - Priced for quick sale

The Cheoy Lee Pedrick 38, is a solid performance cruiser, very comfortable, and sails like a much larger boat. She is very stable, has a high freeboard, and is very comfortable in a big sea. These boats are known as good all around performers. The Pedrick 38 has an attractive and spacious two stateroom layout, large galley and good storage. This is an excellent choice for the budget minded who contemplates some serious cruising.

Sleeps a total of six: two forward in the large V-berth, two in the aft stateroom to starboard and two on settees in the main salon. Both cabins have privacy doors and cedar lined hanging lockers. The main salon also has a drop-leaf table that seats six.

The U-shaped galley is aft to port followed by the nav station. 

The head is to starboard opposite the galley and has a recently installed Jabsco Deluxe Electric Marine toilet with a holding tank and Y-valve. It has been plumbed with new shieded waste hose to the fresh water system for a smell free head. Very quiet and consumes very little water. There is a shower with teak floor grating and a separate sump pump.

The interior is finished satin varnished teak and the cabin sole is teak and holly. Ventilation is provided by two dorade vents with stainless steel guards ( double as holders for spare halyards), five hatches and five opening ports. Main salon is equipped with a Dickinson diesel cabin heater which will extend your cruising season or perfect for the long-term or live-aboard option.

The boat interior is equipped with a Dirt Devil central vac system.
