TRADITIONAL LUXURY CRUISING AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE.  Brief-At-Ease is the perfect starter live aboard or cruising vessel. Built in 1986, she has traditional styling and details of a classic cruiser including an enclosed fly bridge and aft deck.  At 40 ft, there is more than enough room for family and friends with all the comforts you would expect from such a roomy vessel.

Teak details abound within the interior of this boat. In the salon a large L shaped sofa provides ample seating space and is flanked by two cozy chairs. There is expansive storage under the sofa. Hardwood flooring lies beneath a classic throw rug. Curtains provide privacy and cover the large viewing windows.  Drop down into the galley where double stainless steel sink, microwave, Hillerange three-burner stove/oven and extra large Norcold AC/DC fridge/freezer await for your cooking pleasure. Toast some bread in the above counter toaster oven. Large counter tops, a trash compactor and ample storage help with food preparation and keep things tidy.  Offer your guests a cocktail made with ice from the ice maker. Large above head windows flood the Teak and Holley flooring with light. Enjoy a snack at the built in dinette with comfy blue cushions. A Formica tabletop makes clean up a breeze.  A large mirror opposite the dinette reflects light back into the dining area, resulting in a wash of warm light. Two full berths with double beds offer comfortable accommodations. The master stateroom has a walk around bed, with a full head complete with a tub. Again, extensive storage easily keeps things neat. Built in wood shelving and space under the berths allow for storage of multiple items. A 12-gallon water heater provides hot water to the two heads complete with showers.  Ceramic sinks; Formica counter tops and teak cabinets accent these areas.  An Electro Scan system keeps the heads fresh.  A 240-gallon fresh water tank and a 30-gallon holding tank offer extended cruising options.  Use the washer and dryer to tidy up your clothes. Enjoy watching your favorite show on the large flat screen TV.
