VAMOOSE is a no-nonsense fast and sea-kindly round bilge welded steel cruiser designed by famed Australian designer, Graham Bradford. Built by Steven W. Cureton, she was completed and launched in 2002. Current owners sailed her from East Coast, USA to Antigua in 2006, where she has been home-based while cruising the eastern Caribbean islands. US Documented vessel. Currently in English Harbor, Antigua.

VAMOOSE is a world class, no nonsense, steel cruising cutter. She is fast, sea-kindly and economical. Her deck and topsides are painted white. Her interior is professionally finished in high-end work boat quality.

CONSTRUCTION:
The bulk of her components were cut by computerized plasma cutter.

Her hull was sand blasted to near white metal. She is finished with a base coat of Devoe (PPG) (Green) Catha-coat zinc primer. Her protective coat is gray (PPG) Devoe Bar-Rust epoxy. The exterior top coat is white 450 PPG. The interior is insulated from sheer to waterline with closed cell foam. Below waterline is painted with 7 coats: 1 Catha-coat and 6 bar-rust coats. Ameron 214 bottom paint.

ACCOMODATIONS-WALK THRU: Louvered door to sail locker in forepeak. Large full width master V-berth forward with storage below - loaded with spare parts. Hanging locker and shelf locker in forward cabin. Single head to starboard with stand-up shower, sink and vanity. Secure sea-going galley is next aft with double sinks, Force 10 propane stove and oven, Corian counter tops, top-loading dual compartment 12v air-cooled fridge and freezer.  Combi 6000 washer-dryer located to starboard across from galley. Two steps up and aft of galley is raised main salon with settees port and starboard. Custom dinette to port with pull-out extension. Settees port and starboard with storage behind and beneath. Superior visibility and ventilation. Bullet proof fixed port lights. Lewmar hatch side ports - port and starboard. Two opening hatches overhead. Double quarter berths are located aft to port and starboard. Dedicated nav station with AC/DC panels and instrument array panel located to starboard aft of settee - faces forward with seating on quarter berth. Water tight door leading to cockpit is centerline.
