Nautor Swan 46 Mk Ii - Swan 46 MK II

A beautiful Swan 46MKII,  immaculate interior, new decks and varnish, ready to head anywhere the winter!  The owners have been living aboard NAUTORIOUS for twelve  years, and one would never know by her condition.  They are however, ready to move ashore again, especially for the washer & dryer!   At Kittery Marina for the winter season.  Just hauled Aug 2013 for insurance survey, with fresh bottom paint and servicing of seacocks.   Insurance survey done, and as expected, no issues!

NAUTORIOUS has a beautiful teak interior, in excellent condition.    She is the two stateroom/two head version of the MKII Swn 46, featuring the double on centerline aft and an offset double to port forward   There is one pilot berth to port in the main salon, with an entertainment center/bookshelves on the stbd side.   Both settees, port and stbd, can also be used as berths.   Galley runs fore/aft on the port side, with deep freeze/refrigeration and plenty of lockers and counter space.   The full sized navigation station is opposite the galley, with main companionway on center.
