Nordhavn Coastal Pilot

A sturdy coastal passagemaker for an adventurous couple who are moving from sail or downsizing from a larger yacht. The Coastal Pilot model is built on a semi-displacement hull and can achieve a speed of 12 knots or you can throttle back to 7 knots which allows a nearly 2,000 mile range.

The 35 Nordhavn includes a large forward stateroom, a generously proportioned galley, a warm inviting teak salon/pilothouse area with excellent visibility.

"Champagne" has been very lightly used with only 480 hours on her 350hp diesel and 112 hours on the Panda generator.

Only 23 Nordhavn Coastal Pilots were built and they very rarely come on to the used market. Their true value is measured by the price they continue to bring at resale.

Boarding through the cockpit you will notice the varnished teak cap rail. (the only exterior teak). The cockpit, well protected by the pilothouse overhang is a great place to bbq or relax with a book.

Through the thick Diamond Sea-Glaze dutch door is the beautiful teak salon with it's L-shaped settee/dinette which converts to a full size berth.

The pilothouse has excellent visibility and ventilation with its 9 windows and large overhead opening hatch. The helm has a comfortable two-person leather upholstered bench seat with a full array of electronics at hand.

Down 4 steps is the practical U-shaped galley. 

The master stateroom is forward with an athwartships walk-around queen bed. Aft of the Master is the head and shower

In the passageway there is a 3" thick door with an inspection porthole that leads to the engine room. Above is a Splendide washer/dryer combo

The dinghy is stored on the pilothouse cabin top and can also be be hauled up and set over the transom with custom removable stainless steel davits.
