A substantial Porsius 40 Motor Ketch that has been continually maintained. This steel motorsailer had new teak decks in 2007/8, electrical wiring redesigned and renewed in the same year, has up to seven berths in a voluminous interior, and comprehensive mechanical and navigation equipment. High volume interior with forward cabin, dinette/galley, wheelhouse with table and seating, and aft cabin. Fitted out in teak. From forward:

Forward cabin has two berths. Two bronze opening ports.

Aft to port side dinette, converting to a double berth and deck hatch.

Galley opposite the dinette with two ring 240V electric hob, 240V combi microwave/grill/oven, electric kettle, Waeco Coolmatic fridge/freezer (24V or 240V) with closed circuit cooling, plenty of stowage. Twin stainless steel sinks. Emergency manual fresh water pump.

Up stairs to large wheelhouse with helm position to port, doors to both side decks, table with settee berth. Large sliding roof.

Down stairs to passage leading to heads compartment with Jabsco marine toilet (300 litre holding tank), shower and basin. Opening port.

Aft to aft cabin with double berth, wash basin, opening ports and deck hatch.

Webasto diesel fired central heating system, new in 2011. Hot water system via Isotherm calorifier from main engine and 500W immersion coil from 240V shore power system. 500 litre fresh water capacity. Interior lighting with 24V or 240V options. Vast amount of stowage throughout boat with drawers and opening lockers. Blue draylon type upholstery.
