Matthews Flush Deck Tri-Cabin

A well founded wood vessel with many recent upgrades. The carvel planked hull is painted with Sterling polyurethane paint giving it a brilliant white finish. The teak & mahogany toe rails, cap rails and handrails are spray finished with Bristol clear gloss varnish giving it an elegant & stately finish. A well maintained vessel with a recent marine survey, available upon request. Partial trades will be considered (i.e. Autos, trucks, Motor Home, Travel trailer, Enclosed Utility Trailer, Motorcycle, Real Estate ) Will deliver anywhere by water.

 The tri-cabin layout accommodates 6 owners and guests in 3 staterooms. The forward cabin has 2 single berths outboard of centerline with plenty of storage underneath and a large hanging locker. There is also an ensuite head. Moving aft is the starboard side galley with (2) refrigerators, (43) burner electric stove with oven and a double SS sink. Up 2 stairs is the main salon with plenty of room to entertain guests. Aft to port is a second cabin with bunk beds with abundant storage. Across is a shared head with electric toilet and a separate shower stall. The aft stateroom is spacious with twin beds outboard, with a chest of drawers and (2) large hanging lockers. A set of steps leads up to the aft deck for a private entrance.
