This owner has too many boats and LAZY DOG will soon have a new home.

This second owner boat has been well cared for by her current owners. This boat is powered by a Volvo 150 HP turbo diesel and a Volvo DP outdrive. We believe she has less that 400 hours on her original engine.

A Nova Scotia work boat design has been used as a small cruiser. The Rosborough 246 has a strong bow and moderately deep forefoot with rounded sections forward that harden to a nearly flat bottom at the transom.

Her pilot house has sliding doors both port and starboard with a hard back and large rear sliding door. There is an L shaped galley including propane stove, sink, and ice box. Forward there is a v-berth with spacer, hanging locker and plenty of under berth storage. There is pump out head with door. This vessel has shore power, hot and cold water (water heater), a cockpit fresh water shower and windshield wiper. Electronics include a Garmin GPS, Depth sounder/fish finder, Compass and icom VHS radio. Special additions include custom teak grab rails on either side of her very large cockpit and decorative teak fender boards.
