Grand Soleil Special 35 - Built at the Grand Soleil yard to Japec Jakopin (J&J) design by Cantiere del Pardo in 1995/6. She could well have been the prototype or the first Grand Soliel 37 (as that's LOA).  Accom for 4/6 in a classic GS layout, fore cabin, large aft 1/4 cabin to stbd and saloon.  30 hp Lombardini engine (original), standing rigging original, hull osmosis treatment May 2013.  No actual evidence of VAT payment.  Price set to take into account the above and unknown tax status.
