Lord Helmsman - practig schip

Extra beautifull Lord Helmsman, safe cabin yacht with a special appearance, a nice quiet sailing performance and excellent sailing characteristics. In 1996 the ship had and complete refit, so the deck, superstructure and interior complete with solid wood and epoxy is built and finished. The result is a beautiful ship, both inside and out. Also, all instruments are newly put in in1996. The ship is completely isolated. The safe and comfortable cockpit is beautifully decorated with lots of teak, as well as the deck. The ship is rarely used and well maintained. The sails can be operated from the cockpit and are in excellent condition.

general: Lord Helmsman, name Phoenix is ??a very nice ship from 1980 and completely refitted in 1996. The dimensions are 9.55 x 3.10 x 1.55 m, height 1.80 m, weight 5500 kg. The hull form is an S shaped hull with a long keel. The ship has a beautiful interior, nice pillows, one hut and 4 beds. Everything is very well maintained and much has been replaced. The engine has been re-built in 2006 and the bow thruster in 2011, the sails are little used and repaced in 2007 and 2009, the 4 person liferaft was approved in 2014.
