Catalina Morgan 38 Mk.Ii

This Catalina Morgan 38 Mk.II is a high volume, centre cockpit cruising yacht. She has a 2010 rig with in-mast furling to enable her to be easily cruised single or double handed. Her vast interior accommodation is very suitable for extended passage making or indeed for live aboard use. A large amount of boat for the money (just reduced) - must be viewed!

Six berths in thee cabins with 6'4 to 6'6 headroom throughout. Fitted out in light teak with dark blue cloth upholstery throughout. Curtains and blinds throughout. Webasto diesel fired central heating system.

Forward cabin with Two single berths converting to a double with an infill. Drawers under berth and two reading lights. Vanity unit with basin to starboard. Aft of this cabin and to port side there is a Bosun's Locker fully fitted out with shelving.

The saloon has two settee berths with a huge saloon table between. Lockers and shelves above settees. Two overhead skylights (opaque) and eight opening ports. Two fixed hull ports.

The outboard facing chart table is to starboard and has a swivel out armchair. Large table with stowage and full instrument panels.

The galley is to port and in the walkway to the aft cabin. Corian worktops. Hillrange gas cooker with two burners, grill and oven. Microwave oven. Two stainless steel sinks on centreline. Various crockery and cutlery. Fridge and cool box. There is a full hot and cold pressurised fresh water system heated via the engine and 240V immersion heater.

Vast aft cabin with large centreline double berth. Deck hatch and three opening ports. Bureau with drawers. Port and starboard settees. Hanging locker. This cabin is extremely comfortable and is light and airy.

Heads compartment has access from the saloon and aft cabin. Marine toilet with diverter to holding tank via macerator or directly out (34 gallon holding tank), (electric or manual flush toilet). Fluorescent lights. Shower with electric pump out and basin. Shower curtain.

Full 240V shore power system with sockets, immersion heater and battery charger. Internal ground level red night lighting.
