Newport 28

"Windrunner" is a clean, comfortable, stable 28 footer perfect for a starter boat for a young family. She has had 3 owners and was always sailed in FRESH WATER Lake Erie.

This spring owner stripped the bottom, applied 5 coats of Interprotect 2000E and 2 coats of antifouling paint.

Starting forward is a large V berth that sleeps two in comfort. Next aft to port is the head with marine toilet sink and cold pressure water shower. There is a holding tank with deck pump out. 

Across from the head is a large hanging locker and additional storage. 

A privacy door separates the forward cabin from the main salon. 

The salon is quite spacious for a boat this size. The double leaf table folds up and stores on the bulkhead when not in use. The port settee pulls out to make a double berth and the settee across sleeps one. The Galley is aft to starboard and a quarter-berth is aft to port and sleeps one comfortably. Behind the companionway stairs is access to the engine and filters.
