Graves 37

From the drawing board of Jim Taylor, the Graves 37 is a great sailing, competitive cruising yacht.  Annisquam Too is under her second ownership; owners who have given her good care and sailed her throughout the New England Coast since 1987.

Very spacious cruising accommodations for 7 in a well designed cabin.

The stateroom forward has v-berths port and starboard with a filler cushion to create a double berth.  This cabin has an overhead hatch and an opening port for good ventilation.  There is a hanging locker and row of drawers all within the stateroom, which is closed from the passageway with a privacy door.

Aft of the forward stateroom is the head area, which is to port.  This is very large by yacht standards in this size range, and includes a separate shower area with a seat.  The marine toilet was replaced in 2012 and the holding tank in 2009.  There is a vanity sink on the aft bulkhead.  There is an overhead hatch and an opening port for excellent ventilation.

The main cabin has settee berths port and starboard, the port berth of which converts to a double berth.  There are large storage lockers outboard of each berth and caned doors for the lockers above.  On the starboard forward bulkhead is a Force 10 Propane cabin heater, which is a recent addition.  The port forward bulkhead holds the large folding dining table.

Aft of the main cabin, to port, is a second stateroom.  The navigation table is forward in this area, which has a dedicated seat with storage under.  Aft is a double quarter berth. There is also a hanging locker outboard of the nav seat.  An overhead hatch, an opening port and an additional port into the cockpit area provide ventilation.

The galley is aft to starboard of the main cabin.  It is a "U" shape configuration for ease of cooking while underway.  A Force 10 propane 3 burner stove with an oven is midships.  Double sinks and a storage locker are in the forward countertop, and a large ice box is aft.  Great storage areas are provided for dishes, cooking utensils and stores.

Over the winter of 2004-2005 all of the cabin windows and ports were replaced, as well as the headliner, and over the past 10 years the marine head, holding tank and water tanks have been replaced as well as the galley stove.
