1981 Fin keel example of this Laurent Giles designed Westerly Discus 33 aft cockpit sloop.

A spacious cruising yacht with a large saloon, good seamanlike galley and chart table, an enormous “Westerly” forecabin and an aft cabin accessed from the saloon.

“Rainbow” has just been lifted ashore, polished and antifouled. She is a clean and tidy version of this popular heavily built yacht.

White GRP hull with blue painted sheer strake and boot top. Cast iron external fin keel. Spade rudder with wheel steering and emergency tiller.

White GRP deck, superstructure and self-draining aft cockpit with raised bridge deck. Blue Treadmaster non-slip surfaces. GRP inner moulding with Sapele mahogany internal joinery.
