Sanctuary is a second generation Nordhavn 35 that has been extensively outfitted as an ideal couples cruiser.  Her current owners have just spent a great deal of time and money upgrading and restoring her and recently traveled from WA to CA.  Sanctuary has proven to them that operating a trawler is fun and easy, now they wish to move up to a larger Nordhavn!
