Ericson 36'

Nice older Ericson with upgrades including recent sails.

This very good sailing Ron Holland design has always been in fresh water and has had only three owners. The interior has ample room for the captain and crew. Forward is a large v-berth with a filler cushion that drops down into a seat. Moving aft a large head with shower to starboard and a storage cabinet with drawers on the port side. The main salon features two outboard pilot berths and two straight settees with a large bi-fold table on the centerline that stows against the mast when not in use. In the port aft corner is a well equipped u-shaped galley. On the starboard side is the navigation station and a large double quaterberth.

The T-shaped cockpit offers a teak helm seat and plenty of room for the crew. Side decks are nice and wide, making is easy to move around.
