C&C 37 Mk Ii

This C&C 37 Mk II has recently had her topsides re-gelcoated and the boat looks wonderful. New full battened main and 120% genoa means she is ready to go where you care to take her. She has a full enclosure to make sailing the shoulder months a pleasant experience and the forced air heating is brand new and works great.
 
Below is the classic C&C layout. The galley has a fridge/freezer and a 3 burner stove with oven, double S/S sink and there is even a toaster over.  The engine has been rebuilt over the years with a new head, pump, injectors etc and runs great with just 950 hours on the meter. Electronics include Raymarine C90W chart plotter, wind instruments, speed, depth and Autohelm. Almost all wiring has been replaced, lighting is almost all LED, all through hulls have been replaced as have all hoses. This boat is ready to go.
