Motivated Seller!  This boat is in fantastic shape for it's age.  As soon as you step onboard you can tell that this Formula has been meticulously maintained.  Kept in fresh water in a covered boat slip, the exterior shines like a new boat.  The upholstery is like new.  The enclosure was replaced 2 years ago, the cockpit carpet replaced last year.  

This Formula is powered by twin Mercruiser 4.3LX engines with Alpha 1 outdrives.  They have 864 hours.  We have the maintenance records.  All maintenance is current.  As you can see from the engine pictures, you can practically eat off the engine bilge.

This F-27 PC is also loaded with options.  It has an electric engine hatch, alarm system, new AC unit last year with less than 2 hours use, trim tabs, Garmin GPS, spotlight, VHF radio, battery switch with two batteries, Vacuflush head, stove, fridge, microwave, sink, shower, new anodes this year and much more.  There are too many options to list.  Everything works with the lone exception being the trim gauges.
