Compac 23 - New arrival

A very fine and capable pocket cruiser. Lending it's self equally to day sailing or gunk holing for the weekend. She is a comfortable and very sea kindly pocket yacht. With a displacement of 3500 pounds and a ballast of 1340 pounds, and a self bailing cockpit, she is a stiff and safe sailor. 

Entering into a large well appointed cockpit there is comfortable seating for four.She has wheel steering on a binnacle with a compass .and all lines are let aft in the cockpit.. Entering the cabin from the cockpit there are two single convertible settees port and starboard. A pull out butane stove burner is located on the port aft side in the salon. Forward is a double vee berth with a porta-potti stored under.There are six bronze opening ports and an opening hatch for ventilation.
