Vancouver 34 Pilot - Go Anywhere Yacht

Immensely strong and a real go anywhere yacht, this Vancouver 34 Pilot has all the benefits of the classic Vancouver 34, but with the addition of the 360 degree views in the seated position and the ability to steer from the interior piloting position afforded by the raised pilothouse which also enables this yacht to benefit from vast amounts of additional accommodation space as a result.

Corrie Bay was built by Northshore Yachts in 1994 and has a spacious central linear galley, two separate double cabins, as well as space to fit an optional generator and water maker, a large underfloor fridge/ freezer has already been fitted.

Tankage:

• Fuel capacity 180 litres in 1 x stainless steel tank
• Fresh water capacity 400 litres in 2 x flexible tanks ( 1 x 250 litres under pilot house floor and 1 x 150 litres (2013) under settee
• Whale grey water sump (2008) under galley sole with Whale gulper pump for galley, heads sinks and shower (discharges through hull above the water line)

Water System:

• Pressurised hot and cold water system (pump 2007)
• Water heated by calorifier, immersion heater (shore power) and engine
