Accommodations - V berth fwd cabin below foredeck with access from centre cockpit. Heads is below the aft section of the berth, to stbd. Huge centre cockpit, with access to a large below deck space which could easily have a couple of berths installed.  Aft cockpit with lockers and door to wheelhouse which has single burner gas cooker to stbd.

Mechanical - diesel engine . All the wiring, plumbing, seacocks etc were replaced during the refit . 3 x  batteries, charger & inverter.
