"Finale" is a 50' steel cutter rigged sloop custom built to category 1 standards.  With it's heavy scantlings  and structural upgrades "Finale" can sail any ocean in the world.  It has been constantly maintained by it's current owner and is in bristol condition.  The vessel appears as a newer vessel and cosmetically well above average.  No expense was spared in the construction with the exterior and interior fit done to the highest level with exceptional attention to detail.  High quality materials and construction including 316 grade stainless steel are evident throughout.  This "Turn Key" gem has just had it's bottom painted, hull and cabin waxed and engine serviced.  This vessel is ready to go and the owner is motivated.

"Finale from fore to aft features in the forepeak a head shower and vanity.  Next aft is a queen sized berth with storage underneath to port and storage cabinets to starboard.  Next aft lays the carpeted salon area which features a large C-shaped settee to port with built in cabinets outboard.  To the starboard are cabinets with a top loading freezer.  Next aft is the nav station and main breaker panels.  Next aft up a few stairs is the U shaped galley to port and galley settee to starboard sole is teak and holly.  The main engine is fitted in a centerline compartment in this area and provides for more counter top space.  Next aft is a additional head shower and vanity to starboard and a double quarter berth to port.  Access to the cockpit is provided through a short companionway stairwell.  All wood surfaces are of finely finished hardwood.
