The C&C 35 Mk I was one of C&C`s most popular models and helped to establish C&C Yachts as a quality builder of performance yachts. It set the benchmark for what was to become known as the cruiser / racer.

She is a handsome, well-built racer-cruiser that charms with its impressive performance and affordability.

The C&C 35 is a survivor and, some claim, a classic. Designed by Cuthbertson and Cassian in 1969, the boat was originally called the Redwing 35 and was built by George Hinterhoeller.

Mystic`s owners have invested a lot of TLC and money to ready her to go racing or cruising. This list includes close inspection of the cabin top , cockpit and decks and making professional repairs to the areas in need. Receipts for this work are available.

A survey in the spring of 2014 revealed some areas of concern and all of these were addressed over the winter of 2014 / 2015
