We specialize in restoring and customizing military surplus Zodiac Hurricane RIBs into the ultimate pleasure and commuter boats. We’ve developed our own components such as consoles, t tops and seating to complement these legendary hulls and provide more comfort and protection from the elements.

There is no safer, more comfortable or more rugged boat available than the Zodiac Hurricane which is why it’s used extensively by professional organizations such as the Military and Coast Guard.

Our restorations are all encompassing and represent excellent value. All systems and components are replaced with new. The fiberglass hull is the only component that is reused and it is refurbished to as new condition.

• 1995 Zodiac Hurricane 733 hull lightly used by a commercial operator not military or Coast Guard. Freshly painted with black Awlgrip. Flexiteek teak decking on walking surfaces.

• Brand New black Hypalon Tubset with 5 chambers and pressure relief valves.

• Brand new black fiberglass console with front seat for 2 and ample storage inside.

• Brand new black fiberglass cantilever top with recessed tempered glass windows.

• Aluiminum helm bolster for 2 powder coated black with storage inside.

• Complete new electrical system with highest quality wire and connectors and Blue Seas Systems components.

• All new fuel senders, fuel fill lines and fittings and fuel lines and fittings including Racor water separating filter.

• New Seastar hydraulic steering system

• Hella Marine LED Nav lights and deck courtesy lights.

• Black powder coated aluminum radar arch.

• All new components are covered by their respective manufacturers’ warranties.
