J Boats J-110

This J-110 is a Proven Winner as she WON the 2011 Chicago Yacht Club Race to Mackinac OVERALL. She also placed well in the following Mackinac"s 2013 1st Sec.6, 2012 1st Sec 6, 2010 1st Sec 7, 2009 4th Sec 7

This is a VERY CLEAN J/110 with both owners taking Meticulous Care of her. She has always been Stored Inside Heated in the Winter. All of the sails are 2005 or NEWER. 

At 36 feet it falls into that popular category of sailing vessel large enough to carry a modest amount of "stuff" and to count for something in wind and waves, yet small enough to remain manageable, maneuverable and sensitive to trim.

The interior finish is varnished teak. The sole is varnished teak and holly. Ample natural light and ventilation with 5 opening hatches with screens and 8 opening ports. Reading lights at all berths and settees and 3 overhead lights provide ample artificial light.

Starting forward is the forward stateroom with V-berth with filler below which there is bin type storage. Aft of the starboard V is a bureau with drawers and then a hanging locker while opposite to port is the enclosed head. The Head features a marine head plumbed to the holding tank, small vanity with molded in sink H&C pressure water. The yacht is fitted with the optional ensuite shower and separate sump pump.

Continuing aft is the Main Salon with L settee to port and straight settee to starboard. There is storage behind the seat backs of both settees and in the optional teak lockers and shelves over. On C/L is the varnished teak drop leaf table. The aft facing Nav. Station is at the aft end of the stb. settee.

The Galley is aft and to port and is L shaped with abundant counter and storage space. There is a large well insulated refrigerated ice box with separate drain and the optional Force 10 2 burner gimballed propane stove with oven, double basin stainless steel sink with manual cold fresh water & H&C fresh water service. An access door to the voluminous sail locker is aft in the galley.

Opposite the galley is the aft cabin with large double berth, hanging locker and storage shelf.
