Sundancer, a completely converted steel fishing trawler is now on the market!  She is captain owned and extremely well maintained.  Owners can provide every manual to each piece of equipment on board!  She has NEVER been commercially fished!  Every inch of her has been carefully crafted and designed.  Even the She has oak/walnut flooring and pecky cypress wood throughout.  She was recently hauled, repainted, and bottom painted (10/14).  The only remaining piece of electronics is the auto pilot!

She is powered with a strong 240hp Detroit Diesel 671 w/ roughly 5000 hours.  Maintenance logs available!

Accommodations:

Sundancer, a one level design, features from aft a large entertaining cabin or salon which was converted from a stateroom design previously to provide more area and headroom for entertaining.  Walk forward to the former salon now offering the master queen bed to stbd.  To port is the full head with separate full standing shower.  Forward of the head to port is the full galley with the dinette directly across to stbd.  Moving forward to the pilothouse, with (2) swivel helm chairs and entrance way, fit for a seasoned captain. The ice storage (shrimp quarters) accessible through the aft salon boasts an enormous area for storage where a deep freezer is mounted.  This space has enough storage and room almost to convert into another sleeping quarters!

Galley:

Located to port midship, “Sundancer” offers a full u-shaped galley fit with all the amenities of home.  Appliances include a Holiday oven w/ (4) burner stove top, GE refrigerator, and Sharp microwave.

Electronics:

Sundancer has only one piece of original electronics on board, the functional Robertson AP45 auto-pilot.  From the helm she is equipped with a Garmin 400C Fishfinder, Garmin 540s GPS, Raytheon RL70 radar w/ 48mile radius, and(2) Standard VHF.

Decking:

The bow features a custom welded pulpit housing the Maxwell windlass  The owner has had the towers cut down and also hinged to not only move horizontally but will also lay towards the aft for clearance purposes.  The 9.5” custom tender (2007) w/ a nearly new 4hp Yamaha outboard is mounted with the 250lb capacity davit to stbd however the owner is in process of having the winch welded giving the tender splash capabilities directly to aft instead of stbd.  The manual riggers are functional in the event someone would like to do some fishing!  They were trimmed down in size to accommodate 20’ bridge clearance for exploration!
