Arcona 460 - New arrival

This Arcona 460 is certainly a very special yacht and the finest example around. Designed by Stefan Qviberg  she was built with a teak interior which gives a feeling of solidity and warmth and L-shaped galley for ease of use at sea.
The teak has been very carefully selected and the hand crafted furniture is very lavish with blue inlay.
Great care has been done to build this yacht, the deck and hull that is lightweight and very strong. And is built to CE category A Ocean.

Hull and deck are built in sandwich laminates with 20 - 30 mm divinycell core, multiaxial rovings and vinylester, the hull is further enhanced with glassfiber stringers and galvanised steel cradle to take the rig and keel loads.

This Arcona 460 has a full teak deck with stylish pattern cutting. Fittings such as anchor roller, assorted blocks and anothers are hand made of the highest quality. Other features include a white painted mast and boom, floors are teak wood with marquetry - decorative band and saloon is upholstered in leather cushions of the highest quality.

She has a very high spec, comes with a set of North 3dl sails and a set of cruising sails. 2 plotters; Raymarine C80 and C70. A plotter pedestal mounted on rotating frame for use even when sitting at the side.Both have separate antennas and a separate power supply , thus two completely separate systems for security reasons.

A truly wonderful yacht with great turn of speed for the long passages and also easy to sail shorthanded with lines lead aft and the help of an electric winch. If you are looking for a high quality cruising yacht this Arcona 460 should be considered.
