Albin Family Cruiser

"Flossie" has been pampered and well-maintained.  She has everything you need to cruise in comfort!  The Albin Family Cruiser is designed to satisfy the diverse demands of a boating family, with both a forwad and aft cabin.  The forward cabin area has an enclosed marine head/ shower compartment, a convertible dinette ( to a queen berth) and a galley area with stove, refrigerator, microwave and sink. The aft cabin offers privacy for children or adults. It has a queen. It has its own marine head/shower compartment. 

This trawler is equipped with everything you need for safe and comfortable cruising: NEW VHF, Raymarine st-6001 auto pilot, depth finder, Raymarine C80 GPS, compass, tachometer, NEW hour meter.  Accessories include A/C and heat, shore power 5.5kw generator, two battery chargers (for the less than 1 year-ol batteries), fresh water washdown (80 gal), large holding tank, NEW windlass, anchor, remote spotlight, transom shower and mounts on the back for up to 10' dinghy.  It comes standard with a bow thruster for easy dock side maneuvering. Safety equipment like fenders, mooring lines, boat hook, fire extinguisher, life preservers and flares is included.

The Cummins 210 turbo engine has just had full service.  The fuel tank is NEW.  Everything from the fuel tank to the motors in the fuel system is new.  The electrical wiring is NEW.  The bottom paint was applied in November 2013.
