This pilothouse ketch is a serious bluewater vessel that was just recently repowered. There are triple life lines, dinghy davits with dinghy, 2 propane lockers forward, large manual anchor windlass, main boom chock, 2 butterfly hatches, and storage lockers on the forward deck. There is an entry door on either side of the pilot house with 360 degree viewing and opening sun roof.  From the pilot house and moving aft,there is an entry door with spiral stair leading to the aft master stateroom. There is a large queen on the starboard side and makeshift double on portside (might be better suited for hanging locker). A butterfly hatch offers addtional lighting. Stepping down 4 steps and moving forward of the pilothouse is a large salon with large wrap around dinette on the starboard side. There is a lounge seat on the portside. The butterfly hatch offers lots of lighting and is dressed with rich mahogany. There is a matching Chelsea ships clock and barometer and brass oil lamp on the aft bulkhead. Continuing forward and stepping down 2 more stairs is the galley with counter and stove on the starboard side and galley seating on the portside. The head is located aft of the galley and directly across is a large pantry and hanging locker. There is a work space forward of the galley with tons of storage.  Access to the engine is thru the pilothouse with lots of space to work.
