This boat is in Bristol condition, and very well cared for. It's 3 stateroom and 2 heads and shower. The large salon and double doors opening to a large cockpit made this boat very roomy.It is an outstanding value for the condition and all the extras.

Sleeps up to 6 owners and guests in three double staterooms; two enclosed heads with separate stall showers.

Layout from forward: Chain locker is followed by the forwardVIP guest stateroom: offering a walk around island Queen berth on centerline; opening ovehead skylight hatch; 2 stainless portlights; overhead lighting plus reading lights; built it locker and drawer storage; privacy door aft and easy access to the adjacent Guest/Day head: head features a bulit in vanity; Vacu- flush marine toilet; medicine cabinets plus drawer and storage cabinets.Port Guest Room: follows aft in the companionway and offers stacked single berths outboard; built in storage; overhead lighting plus reading lights; and privacy door inboard.Star boar side curved stairs land in the Raised Pilothouse above, offering a center line Main Helm and starboard sliding side deck access door. Dinette and Galley are also on this level,for great views and entertaining! Dinette is forward port,followed by the gloss cherry wood faced refrigerator and the handy inside Bridge Deck access stairs are next aft. Galley wraps around the starboard side and aft,with additional cooking and entertaining space at the bridge deck Entertainment Center, aft of the Upper Helm and guest seating, and offering BBQ, bar sink and fridge with ice maker.

Down and aft to the Main Deck Level finds the elegant Salon featuring a built in center line entertainment center and great views form any seat. Additional storage is built in at either side; stainless framed sliding doors aft open to the spacious teak soled Cockpit with transom layout is the private access stairs forward to starboard in the salon leading down and forward to the Midships Master Suite. Master Suite is full beam with full walk around island Queen berth, starboard side vanity,substantial built in locker and drawer storage, built in entertainment center and private en suite Master Head forward with separate stall shower.

Interior shines in warm gloss cherry wood joinery and paneling accented by light colored carpeting and upholstery, solid surface counter tops and excellent lighting throughout.
