Litton Aft Cabin Trawler - 35 Hrs Since Major Overhaul!

If you are looking for a nice, affordable, mid-sized, fly-bridge trawler you should consider Lady O. Her economical Lehman 120 hp Diesel has only 35 hours since a major overhaul which included new cylinder sleeves and bearings. She is the two-stateroom layout with large master stateroom aft and V-berth forward. Both staterooms have private heads and the aft head features a bath tub and shower.

Powered by a single Ford Lehman 120 hp diesel engine (just overhauled) she cruises at approximately seven knots burning just over two gallons per hour. Carrying 240 gallons of diesel fuel in two tanks gives a cruising range of 700 nautical miles.

Cabin entry is from port and starboard which provides easy access to the wide side decks, foredeck and aft deck.The interior arrangement is the typical double cabin plan with the owner's cabin aft which features a large double bed, hanging locker, drawer storage space, a small desk with chair and book shelves, and ensuite head with tub shower and access to the aft deck from this cabin.  The forward cabin is the v-berth arrangement. A second head with shower is in the forward cabin.

The salon/galley is amidships on deck above the engine room. There is a convertible L-settee with a high-low table portside forward. The lower helm station is opposite the settee on the starboard side. The helm has a fixed seat which houses the refrigerator. The galley is to starboard aft of the helm. Galley equipment includes a Norcold 12vdc/120vac refrigerator with freezer, a four burner Magic Chef propanhe stove with oven, stainless steel sink with pressure water, mica counter top with under counter cabinets and drawers.

 A teak swim platform is at the transom and is accessed from the aft deck. A lazarette is beneath the aft deck. The large flybridge is reached from the aft cabin top by a small teak stairway. The bridge has pedistal mounted helm and companion seats for 8, folding deck chairs and excellent storage.  The helm is enclosed with green Sunbrella bimini and Eisenglass.
