Bristol 45.5

A fine example of the aft-cockpit Bristol 45.5, "Daring" offers a excellent balance with shoal draft keel-centerboard design, solid, go-anywhere Bristol construction, and classically elegant lines by Ted Hood.  She is offered for sale by her second owner who has enjoyed sailing her on the Chesapeake as well as on trips north over the years.  The first owner enjoyed sailing the boat in New England where she was yard-maintained.  Her constant upgrades to her systems and equipment ensures that her systems have been kept up to date.  In addition she offers 6'6" headroom throughout. 

Starting below in the bow, there is a large v-berth in forward stateroom.  Ample storage may be found throughout.  The forward head is just aft to port with separate shower.  Opposite to starboard is a hanging locker.  Moving further aft brings you into the main salon.  Her U-shaped settee and table will be found on the port side, with dual upholstered swivel chairs to starboard.  Extensive cabinets and shelves abound for containing all of your cruising gear.  Beyond the seating, the U-shaped galley is found to starboard with separate freezer opposite.  Ample counter space, storage, and the conveniences of home are found aboard in the well-appointed galley.  Heading into the aft stateroom, there is a large single berth to port.  Also to port is the master stateroom head with separate shower.  To starboard is a double berth with a navigation station with chart table, electronics, and electrical controls.  She offers copious storage throughout as well.
