Oyster Heritage Coach House 37

This Oyster heritage 37 is one of a kind, the present owner has had her for the last 22 years and has meticulously maintained her and upgraded her over the years, electric furling system, electric winches, upgraded rigging, bow thruster etc. this vessel is begrudgingly for sale as the present owner moves from sail to power. The boat is fully fitted for bluewater cruising and ready to go. Viewing is a must.

Upon entry into the vessel, to port you will find the nav station and the aft cabin, this area was originally built as the skippers cabin cutting of the nav area and the aft cabin from the rest of the boat, the present owner has removed the sliding door to open up this area, (this can be re-fitted).

Between the aft bunk and the nav area is the electrical control panel, at the nav station you will find all instruments at your fingertips.

To starbourd the gally with a large fridge, 3 burner grill and oven, sink and lots of storage space.

The saloon has also been customized with the removal of the besch seat and two teak armchairs and a drinks cabinet in its place, (this is also possible to be returned to original) if you where mad. The table is double leaf and will accommodate 6 with ease. Masses of storage all around, all cupboards and doors made from solid wood.

Moving from the saloon to port you have the heads with electric toilet and to starboard storage moving you through the boat to a good size fore peak.
