General: Dutch steel round bilged MOTOR KOTTER 1850, built in 2006/2007. Hull built by Schipyard Haak Zaandam, The Netherlands in 1960 and completey renovated in 2005. Built CE-B. Dim.: 18,50 x 4,80 x 1,85m, air draft 4.10m with the mast down. New steel decks and steel superstructure. Hull 7-8 mm, decks 6 mm and superstructure 5 mm, aluminium framed thermopane windows. Five water tide compartments. Displacement approx. 58 tonnes, 5.600 litres fuel in 4 tanks, 2.900 litres water in stainless steel tank, black water tank 250 litres, grey water tank 250 litres. Hydraulic/electric power steering.

Accomodation: Spacious wheel house, galley and saloon. Two side doors in the raised wheelhouse, double door to the aft ship. Beautiful teak finished interior, teak floors, leather upholstery. Owners cabin with French bed, 2x toilet, shower, two guest cabins. Galley wih electric ceramic cooker, fridge, oven/mricowave. Central heating by Ketelbinkie with convectors plus hot water system. Lot of storage room.

Machinery: MTU (Mercedes) 300 hp diesel at 1.700 RPM, 12 cilinder 22 litres (max 450 hp at 2.200 RPM) engine completely overhauled in 2001 for about 35.000 Euro, hydraulic pack for the 35 hp bowtrusther, 10 KVA 230 volt 1500 RPM Mitsubishi generator (50 runnig hours), Victron electric system, 12 volt by invertor, 24 volt and 230 volt shipsvoltage, 2x Victron combi charger 70 AH/invertor 3000 Watt, Victron battery controll, shore power with isolating transformer, dek wash, bilge pumps, electronic engine controls, automatic grease system for prop shaft. Stabilizers can be fitted easely.

Navigation: Compass, Simrad echo sounder, Alphatron LCD radar, Alphatron Sewa plotter, Simrad autopilot, 2x VHF, GPS, Navtex.

Equipment: Philips Flatscreen with lift, surround by Pioneer, all cabins radio/cd. Washing machine connection in aft peak, emergency tiller, teak greatings in aft cockpit. Anchor winch with stainless steel anchor 120 kg and 100m 13 mm chain.
