Very popular sedan model with covered side decks. In light of a recently acquired survey from 2011, the vessel is referenced as a DeFever design built by Chung Yuang in Kaoshung, Taiwan. The boat has been kept in covered fresh water moorage and shows very well cosmetically both inside and out. This vessel has had good care from a very dedicated owner, but still shows normal wear and tear for a 35 year old boat. . A longtime predicted log racer, it is a good cruising boat with the increasingly popular sedan layout and walk around covered decks. The teak decks are in very good condition with the fact the boat has been kept up, and under covered moorage. 400 fuel and 300 water make this an excellent passage making vessel for extended cruising up the inside passage. Vac-U-Flush head and two types of sanitation system give the option to contain or treat and discharge where allowed. The Onan 7.5 generator and magnum 1000 watt inverter make for ease of cruising comfort with a bank of 10 batteries all total. Many upgrades to the wiring recently insure safe operation. Red Dot Cabin heat for underway, and portable electric for shipside or generator power. Icom VHF, Raytheon Radar, 2- compasses, Loud Hailer, Auto-Pilot, Noble Tec Chart Plotter with Garmin GPS & Video sounder are all functional. 300' of 5/16 chain and a Bruce plow anchor give a good hold on the bottom for anchorage with a good nights sleep.
