Phil Rhodes Offshore 40' built by Cheoy Lee in 1969. 156 vessels of this class were built from 1964 - 1976. Given their vintage, all face commom issues, however SISKIWIT has been frequently and professionally upgraded by the current owner. Removal of the original teak deck replaced w/fiberglass; diesel engine rebuilt in 2013; rudder and rudder stock replaced new in 2002; dyform rigging; awlgrip of hull, deck, coach roof and cockpit. Upgrade of hatches and all wood ports changed to SS ports. Comfortable interior and fully equipped for live aboard family or ideal for a couple. Headroom 6'5".
