The Enderlein design Hallberg-Rassy 42 (E) was built from 1980 until 1991. A total of 255 hulls were built. She is admired for her clean flush deck and numeral boats have sailed around the globe.  Each hull is built according to Lloyd's specifications for "Certificate of Hull Construction " and under personal supervision of Lloyd's surveyor.

Attention to detail appears in every corner and much thought has been given to ease of maintenance, from the roomy, well-laid-out engine rooms to the ball-bearing-supported rudders with handy emergency tillers.  Capable of handling all weather and seas, the center cockpit layout also provide plenty of room below including a full aft cabin.  Ample storage on deck and below.

This HR 42E is well kept.  Teak decks, hard top dodger, Volvo diesel (62 hp), center cockpit - she may be the perfect blue water cruiser... and so pretty!
