Hatteras 63 Motor Yacht

1986 Hatteras 63 MOTOR YACHT, Featuring a recent interior soft goods update which includes all new carpet with full runners, new upholstery, blinds and drapes, bedding and more. In 2010 engines were fully serviced. The current (second) owners purchased the boat in 1989 and have kept her under cover since. She is lightly used, professionally maintained by a full time captain, and shows very well. She is a standard 63 motoryacht with all of her original Afrimosia wood interior in pristine condition. Her original exterior paint is in excellent condition and she is in a proper state of care. Prepurchase surveys were completed in October 2010 as part of vessel being traded in against a larger yacht. All recommendations have been addressed.

FOUR STATEROOMS - FOUR HEADS - GALLEY UP DESIGN

The full width salon with wet bar is beautifully appointed and includes the dining table with six chairs, forward to port, and the entertainment center and wet bar starboard. There is a sleeper sofa, an L-shaped sofa opposite, and a wicker coffee table with overhead track lighting. The spacious U-shaped galley is forward of the salon and can be fully separated by a sliding door. High gloss teak parquet sole in galley and pilothouse.

Continuing forward, the full width pilothouse features deck access via sliding doors port and starboard. In addition to electronics and controls, there is an upholstered captain's bench and a ladder to the bridge.

Below decks, the staterooms and engine rooms are accessed on the starboard side of the pilothouse down a curved stairway. At the landing and immediately to starboard is the dinette along the companionway. The forward guest stateroom is to port with private head. All the way forward, the crew/guest stateroom offers upper and lower berths, a dresser, and a private head compartment with a separate stall shower.
