Ericson 30 Plus Ii - Price just reduced

This is a very clean and well maintained boat.  It has been repowered with a Yanmar 2gm20.  The motor mounts and cutlass bearing have also been replaced, as well as the shafts being reconditioned.  There is a new roller furler and head foil with the original sail.  The sails include a storm jib, a 110, 130 (recut for roller furler), 150 and spinnaker.  There is a main sail cover as well as a wheel cover.  On board is a Raymarine Bidata unit.  The head and plumbing have been upgraded as well as the interior lighting upgraded to halogen lighting.  The headliner and cushions have also been redone.  This boat also comes with a hard bottom and a soft bottom dinghy with a 3 horsepower Tohatsu outboard.  This is a very nice vessel and is priced to sell.
