The yacht should not be confused with flat bottom houseboats that are not seaworthy enough to cruise San Francisco Bay. The yacht comes with absolutely the best slip at Emeryville Marina. The slip is a protected end tie on open water with privacy and spectacular views and it is transferable to a new owner with approval from the harbormaster.

There are 3 staterooms, one of which in the bow has been converted into an executive office. A complete galley features double stainless steel sinks, a full size refrigerator/freezer, 3 burner stove and oven, dishwasher, even clothes washer and dryer. There are two full sized bathrooms each with new electric toilets. There is a queen size bed in the master stateroom and two full beds in the guest cabin.

The yacht features hardwood floors, large windows with screens and a huge upper deck for entertaining. There are two stereo systems for superior sound throughout and she is fully furnished.

Built on the Tennessee River, Hilburn has a great heritage of building quality aluminum hull motoryachts. The Hilburn 64' River Cruiser is categorized as a coastal cruiser. She is perfect for rougher waters with a traditional bow and a tough aluminum hull. The yacht is powered by twin Volvo Penta 270 hp six cylinder diesel engines that have been regularly serviced and are fully functional. A 5.5kw Onan Generator provides ample power for the entire yacht. Ray Jefferson 245 Depth Sounder at lower helm and Hummingbird LCR 4000 at upper helm.

Upon entering the yacht through the starboard pilothouse door you are immediately impressed with the size of the main salon. The 14' beam makes it feel more like a condominium than a yacht. There is a custom made leather sofa to port. There are hardwood floors and large windows that bring in the views and flood the space with natural light. Just aft of the main salon there is a large breakfast bar that overlooks the full beam galley with household type appliances. This is a great area for guests to gather while meals are being prepared without getting in the way of the cooks. Moving aft down the starboard side hallway there is a full sized bathroom with a washer/dryer and just aft of that is the master stateroom. The master stateroom is the entire aft end of the yacht with sliding doors that open out to a private deck. In the bow of the yacht there is a nice executive office suite with a built in desk. Adjacent to the the office is another full head. Moving aft is a guest stateroom with two double berths.
