"The Skye 51 Ketch designed by Kaufman & Ladd of Annapolis were commissioned by the John G. Alden Company. Eighteen original Skye 51's were built under direct supervision of Alden and are highly sought after by world cruisers. The design was for a"performance cruising yacht" easily handled by a couple and intended for world voyaging."

As for our Skye 51, over $100k has been invested over the past year making this boat extremely enticing and well above the market with her condition!  We will consider trades for real estate or vehicles valued over $50,000.00.

Accommodations
Tri-cabin layout. A sail locker/shop is forward. Moving aft, the head is to port and a separate shower stall (hot & cold) is to starboard. The forward guest cabin has a lower double berth and a single upper berth to starboard as well as storage lockers while settee and storage lockers are to port. The main cabin features a settee/bunk and a pilot berth to port. A U-shaped settee and solid teak dining table as well as shelves and storage lockers are to starboard, the Navigation station lies to starboard at the companionway. The U-shaped galley is to port. Moving aft is the owners stateroom with double berth to port, the enclosed head and shower is to starboard. The masters cabin features lots of storage lockers and a door aft to the engine room.
