Layout: The vessel comes with the standard layout that includes the lower helm that is found on the centerline with all engine controls, gauges and electronics all easy to hand.

To port is a small wet bar with ice-maker. The aft deck area is open to the helm and is protected by the fly-bridge deck and canvas and eisenglass enclosure.

There are port and starboard side doors allowing easy access along the good size side decks to the fore deck. The anchor windlass is securely installed on the centerline as are the fender holders on the port and starboard side rails. There are deck storage boxes on the fore deck and a built in seat.

 

Interior: The interior comes with the standard layout that includes a master stateroom aft that has double beds outboard to both port and starboard, good storage in lockers and drawers and a good size head forward to starboard. This head has a combination tub/shower stall installed in it. The forward cabin comes with a large Vee berth and again good storage. The guest head is to port. The galley is to starboard and all equipment is in good working condition. The dining table is opposite to port with built in seating. The salon is large and airy thanks to the large windows. There is a large "L" shaped sofa to starboard and aft. A sliding shutter can close off the salon from the dining area.

 

New Hynautic engine controls, new stainless steel exhaust, new drip-less shaft seals along with new shafts. All sea water hoses have been renewed along with double hose lamps and all thru' hull valves fully serviced plus a new battery charger has been installed.

 

All of the exterior canvas covers, life-lines, weather boards, enclosure and exterior cushions have been replaced along with up-graded electronics. The original aluminum rub rails have been removed and renewed with heavy duty plastic and stainless steel. The cabin trunk has been fully painted and new cushions have been installed on the aft deck. The interior has up-graded wall coverings, carpets, wood trim and soft furnishings. The appliances have been renewed and the air conditioning system fully serviced. The entertainment equipment, the heads and the fresh water system have also been renewed. A new Lectra San system has also been installed.
